Suzuki Grand Vitara XL7 with stock suspension is not well in off-road driving.
With lift kit installed, not only the clearance is increased by 10cm but the whole characteristic of the suspension also changes.

In the front, togheter with lift kit, entire range of shock absorbers is transferred.
Additionally front shocks have bigger damping force. This, with combination of their better characteristics improves suspension and comfort.
However, the most important are increased ramp travel index and off-road capabilities.
The innovative design front a-arms raises the front of the car by 65mm, they are also positioned higher off the ground than the original ones, further increasing ground clearance. They also move wheels forward, so after trimming the lower edge of the front bumper, we can fit bigger wheels up to 30".
For on-road trips, we recommend 225/75R16 size, while for off-road use, 235/70R16 or ideally 245/70R16. Such large tires require more offset rims with an ET -15 or -25. Only certain models of 225/75R16 tires can be mounted on original rims with an ET of +5 (however, verification will be necessary to ensure that, in off-road conditions with full articulation, the rear tires do not rub against the frame).
With original size tires, original rims with ET +5 may be used.
Also available lift kit "GVK" version with front control arms for 32 "and 33" wheels (extra charge 150 PLN).

The height of the front springs is selected individually for each specific vehicle configuration. We take into account, among other factors, the presence of a winch and the way it is mounted (in a plastic or steel bumper).
The front ride height has a direct impact on the front wheel camber angle. Incorrectly selected springs result in improper wheel geometry, leading to poor vehicle handling and significantly accelerated wear of the shock absorbers (limited suspension travel and bottoming out).
If the winch is only planned at the time of purchasing the suspension kit, please contact us after it has been installed. We will then select the appropriate metal adjustment spacers, mounted above the upper front spring seats, allowing correction of the front ride height and suspension geometry.

In the rear, more efficient gas shock absorbers, longer for more than 10cm (45mm bigger stroke)increase the ramp travel index extremaly.
Longer rear springs improve suspension and comfort (standard or +200kg to choose).

Summarizing:
Grand Vitara XL7 with Radzikone lift kit 10cm drives better, more comfortable and off-road capabilities are increased extremaly.

Additional advantage is much more cheaper exploitation than in a car with original suspension, thanks to, among others replacable ball joints in from control arms. All future works with suspension and front drivetrain are several times faster, easier and cheaper.
